We offer a 30-day returns window for customers in the United Kingdom. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. When contacting us, please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer you either a replacement or a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the problem.
Because our products are shipped directly from international suppliers via a dropshipping model, return procedures may vary. In some cases, the supplier may request the product to be returned to a designated warehouse; in others, a return may not be required. We will provide detailed instructions once your return request has been approved. Do not send any items back before receiving confirmation from our support team, as this may result in an unprocessed or rejected return.
For returns that are not related to defects — such as change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction not caused by an error — acceptance of the return is discretionary. If approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Any product being returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. Items that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer may not qualify for a refund.
Refunds are issued after we confirm that the returned item has been received and inspected, or once the supplier validates that the product was defective. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to release the funds, as processing times may vary. Shipping fees, if charged, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will conduct an investigation with the supplier and courier to determine the cause. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or resend the item at no additional cost to you. Delays in delivery do not qualify for a refund unless the package has been officially declared lost by the carrier. Tracking updates may be limited at certain stages of international transit, and this is considered normal.
If you receive a product that causes any allergic reaction or sensitivity, please discontinue use immediately. We are not responsible for adverse reactions caused by personal sensitivities or misuse of the product. However, if the item was not as described or contained errors in labeling or formulation, you may still qualify for a refund or replacement under our defective item criteria.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Under UK law, you are entitled to goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for their intended purpose.
