All purchases made through Derméa Beauty are subject to availability, confirmation of payment, and acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Derméa Beauty operates using a dropshipping fulfillment model. This means that once an order is placed, it is processed through Dsers and shipped directly to you by our third-party supplier located overseas, primarily through the AliExpress platform. By purchasing a product on our website, you acknowledge and agree that your item will be dispatched by an external supplier, and delivery times may vary due to international logistics.

Shipping times for orders to the United Kingdom generally range from 7 to 15 business days. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, courier delays, or high-demand periods. Derméa Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs inspections, or external circumstances beyond our control. You will receive updates regarding your order whenever available, including tracking information when provided by the supplier.

Prices listed on our website include product costs but do not include any potential customs duties or import taxes. While most orders to the UK do not incur additional fees, any charges applied by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking local regulations if you require more information.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped by our supplier. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at the email listed below.

Derméa Beauty offers a 30-day returns policy in accordance with UK consumer rights. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will either offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. For items that are not faulty, returns may be accepted at our discretion, but the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, return addresses and shipping procedures may vary and will be provided upon request.

Refunds are issued only once the return request is approved and the item has been confirmed as received or verified as faulty. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that shipping fees, if applied, are non-refundable unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

As Derméa Beauty relies on third-party suppliers for product fulfillment, we cannot guarantee identical packaging, labeling, or appearance to branded retail products. Minor variations in colour, texture, or packaging may occur due to lighting, batch differences, or supplier-level variations. These differences do not qualify as defects.

Derméa Beauty shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. This includes, but is not limited to, issues arising from shipping delays, external supplier errors, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. UK consumers also retain the right to request refunds for faulty goods within a reasonable timeframe and to receive clear and fair contract terms.
