Because our store operates through a dropshipping fulfillment model, your order is shipped directly from our international suppliers. This Shipping Policy explains how delivery works, the estimated timeframes, and what to expect once you place your order with us.

All orders placed through www.dermeabeauty.com are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, your order is forwarded to our third-party supplier, who handles packaging and shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, and tracking information will be provided whenever it is available from the supplier. Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, high-demand periods, or unexpected delays from our partners.

Standard delivery times for the United Kingdom typically range from 7 to 15 business days. This timeframe may vary depending on factors such as customs inspections, courier delays, high order volumes, or logistical issues outside of our control. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Derméa Beauty cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Because our products are shipped internationally, some orders may be delivered earlier than expected, while others may require additional time to arrive. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and supplier logistics. Each shipment may have its own tracking details and arrival time. This is normal for international dropshipping and does not affect your rights as a customer.

In most cases, orders to the United Kingdom do not incur customs duties or import taxes. However, on rare occasions, customs authorities may apply inspection fees or handling costs. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. Derméa Beauty is not able to predict or control potential customs fees and is not liable for additional charges applied by border control agencies.

We kindly ask customers to double-check their shipping information before finalizing their purchase. Derméa Beauty is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, changes can no longer be made.

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe, we recommend checking the tracking information first, as your package may still be in transit. You may also contact us for assistance, and we will gladly help track your order and provide updates when available. A package is considered lost only after a full investigation with the supplier and courier has been completed. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will issue a replacement or a refund.

Please allow extra time during major holidays, peak seasonal sales, or global logistical disruptions. These circumstances may extend shipping times and are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
